Corrosion Protection

CIC - Chemical Injection Centralizer

The ESPCT Chemical injection centralizer is installed bellow the ESP motor to be used with the basic function of a motor centralizer but with the additional capability of chemical injector system.

Applications

  • Casing 5” in or larger
  • Vertical, highly deviated, horizontal wells
  • ESP installations inside liner applications
  • POD applications

Benefits

  • Improves chemical treatment by uniform dispersion
  • Reduces risk of corrosion spots from single dispersion injection
  • Reduces risk of ESP System damage while running in well
  • Enhances ESP performance and uptime by proper centralization of the ESP string
  • Improves ESP system reliability

Features

  • 2 chemical injection lines connection capability
  • 6 dispersion nozzles for 360° spray dispersion
  • Check Valve system, 5,000 psi differential back pressure resistance
  • 500 psi minimum injection pressure
  • Injection flow rate: 1/4” up to 3.5 GPM, 3/8” up to 7 GPM
