A growing number of state and local governments are putting in place restrictions mitigating the spread of the COVID-19 virus.  Forum manufacturing and service will remain open for business to assist our customers in this challenging time.  We are, however, limiting on-site visitors to only those that are necessary for continued operations.  Our representatives will reach out to you before scheduling a visit, field work, testing or other work to ensure that we are abiding by your standards.  Given that the COVID-19 outbreak remains very fluid, we understand that your business needs are also still evolving. Please reach out and let us know how we can best assist you at [email protected].

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has a list of “Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers” who may continue work in order to provide continuity of functions that support public health and safety.  The DHS memo on “Identification of Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers during COVID019 Response” can be found on the DHS Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency website at https://www.cisa.gov/.  The DHS memo reads in relevant part:

Workers necessary for the manufacturing of materials and products needed for medical supply chains, transportation, energy, communications, food and agriculture, chemical manufacturing, nuclear facilities, the operation of dams, water and wastewater treatment, emergency services, and the defense industrial base.

We value our relationship with you and thank you for your continued partnership.

Thank you,

With the highly evolving situation pertaining to COVID-19, our priority is the health and safety of our employees, customers and community while maintaining a high level of customer service.  Safety has always been our strongest guiding principle, and it will continue to be the most critical priority in the days ahead. In the wake of current events, Forum Energy Technologies has enacted a continuity plan for our business.

We’re committed to protecting the health and well-being of our customers, vendors and staff. At our FET sites, we have taken action to follow the recommendations suggested by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) for personal hygiene and social distancing.  We have added extra cleaning protocols for common areas and areas of high traffic.

Forum offices will remain open however, we are limiting our on-site visitors to only those necessary.  We also expect our representatives to reach out to you before scheduling a visit, field work, testing, etc. to ensure that we are abiding by the standards you expect.

We have the necessary technology to allow employees to work remotely.  Our employees maintain their phone numbers and email addresses while working remotely so you can reach our representatives by the same channels. There should be no significant change in service and response time.

Because the COVID-19 outbreak remains very fluid, we understand that your business needs are also still evolving. Please reach out and let us know how we can best assist you in the coming weeks.

We value our relationship with you and thank you for your continued partnership.

Thank you,

Forum Energy Technologies
