DPS Offshore Customized Software

The EZNav navigation packages have been designed with simplicity in use being a key factor.  Although simple to use there has been no compromise in functionality.

The most common EZNav packages are the Geophysical Survey & Construction Survey options.  Both of these systems are widely used and available for hire as well as for sale.

In addition to these standard packages EZNav has been customized to meet specific customer requirements.  Two such variations are the vertical seismic profiling (VSP) applications for a Norwegian-based seismic company and the passenger information system for cruise liners.

AMI

DPS Offshore represents AMI equipment sales in the US and provides AMI equipment installation and certification services.

AMI Marine is a UK-based company that develops, designs and manufactures marine electronic interfacing and retransmission equipment. The company manufactures a Voyage Data Recorder (VDR) and a Ship¹s Movement Information Display System (SMIDS), as well as offering the widest range of retransmission and interface equipment in the industry.

 

Product Development

DPS Offshore has the technical knowledge and ability to quickly respond to the most complex needs with innovative solutions.  This has resulted in a host of successful hardware and software projects.  We have designed and built systems ranging from passenger information systems for cruise liners to specialized fiber-optic heading sensors for military applications. For example, while seeking a low-cost heading and attitude sensor for a customer, DPS Offshore developed the I-Compass system, a unique integration of GPS and fiber-optic technology.
