OJS provides Material Products and Equipment Products to apply protective coatings for our Clients.

Material Products:

OJS Sea Sleeve With HDPF
for Mechanical Protection of the anti-corrosion coating on field joints on concrete weight coated (CWC) pipelines.

OJS Densiflex IMPU Thermal insulation
For Thermal Insulation Coatings on field joints, risers, spools.

OJS FlexiMat – High Impact and Abrasion Mat
For pipelines in highly fished areas requiring high impact energy absorption, pipeline crossings, beach pulls, ploughing or trenching of pipelines the OJS Mat field joint solution can provide up to 12Kj capability.

OJS Deep Sea Abrasion Collars
For field joint coatings on SCR’s and Flowlines within touchdown areas and Landlines

Equipment Products:

OJS High Speed Blast Equipment
Using grit the equipment blasts the external surface of the steel pipe joint area to remove contaminants and provide a profile to assist the bonding of the anti-corrosion coating on to the steel. The grit is recovered, filtered and re-used in a completely closed system. This equipment is patent protected.

OJS Pre-heat Equipment
This equipment uses induction coils and inverters to heat the steel in the area to be coated.

OJS FBE/CMPP Powder Application Equipment
This equipment applies FBE powder and chemically modified polypropylene (CMPP)
onto the heated area of pipe to provide the anti-corrosion protective coating.

OJS PolyFuse Equipment
Applies 1 mm thick film of Polypropylene to the field joint on a 3LPP coated pipeline. PolyFuse applies the PP over FBE and parent PP coating. Equipment is fully automated with patent applied. Application cycle times around 6 minutes.

OJS HDPF Injection Equipment
This equipment is used to inject HDPF into field joints.

OJS IMPU Injection Equipment
This equipment is used to inject SPU or FJ 3000 into field joints.

OJS Flame Spray Equipment
This equipment applies Polypropylene on top of FBE anti-corrosion.
