AMT Quick Test Unions:
When installed between joints normally opened for tool placement and retrieval, this union allows
for a more efficient means of verifying re-seal integrity.
Instead of isolating and testing the entire string each time a union is separated, you can now verify
re-seal integrity by testing the o-ring seal on this sub from the outside with the use of a hand operated hydraulic pump.
