Nitrogen Relief Valves

The Phoinix Global Nitrogen Relief Valve is designed to provide over-pressure protection for reciprocating pumps and fluid control equipment. This valve relies on the line pressure of the protected equipment to overcome a preset nitrogen charge to relieve line pressure. The nitrogen charge is preset to provide the desired relief pressure using a Nitrogen vs Line Pressure reference. The valve can be set to relieve at pressures ranging from zero to 15,000psi. The main body can be configured with either a 4" lateral body (shown) or a 4" tee body. A simple but rugged internal design allows wear parts to be easily replaced at a low cost.
