Structure

• The structure of these C&L bending machines are manufactured from quenched and tempered T1 plate.

Cylinder (BM3042)

• All cylinders are easily maintained and can be repaired as opposed to a closed unit which is costly to repair or replace.
• Equipped with poly seals for positive sealing
• Outboard : 4 Cylinders
• Inboard : 4 Cylinders
• Pinup Cylinder 1

Cylinder (BM3648)

• All cylinders are easily maintained and can be repaired as opposed to a closed unit which is costly to repair or replace.
• Equipped with poly seals for positive sealing

• Pinup Cylinder 2

Pump

• Uses a hydraulic vane drive pump for bending system function.

Track

• Heavy Duty Tractor Style (Wide Pad Track).

Technical

• C&L Models BM3042 will bend from 30" up to 42" (1066.8mm), heavy wall, high yield pipe.
• C&L Models BM3648 will bend from 36" up to 48" (1219.2mm), heavy wall, high yield pipe.
• This bending machines are designed to bend each pipe size to plus/minus 40 x pipe diameter = bend radius.

Bending Sets

• Can be conformed and labeled to Meteric System if required.

Bending Mandrels

• Can be conformed and labeled to Meteric system if required.

Air Compressor (HD Model Only)

• Uses a QR25-390 Quincy Compressor for pneumatic bending mandrel function.
• C/W 120 Gallon air receiver

Hydraulic setup to operate hydrualic mandrel
