Structure

  • The structure of these C&L bending machines are manufactured from quenched and tempered T1 plate.

Cylinder (BM1630)

  • All cylinders are easily maintained and can be repaired as opposed to a closed unit which is costly to repair or replace.
  • Equipped with poly seals for positive sealing

Cylinder (BM2036)

Pump

  • Uses a VQ series hydraulic Vickers vane pump for bending system function.

Track

  • Heavy Duty Tractor Style (Wide Pad Track).

Technical

  • C&L Models BM1630 will bend from 16" up to 30" (762mm), heavy wall, high yield pipe.
  • C&L Models BM2036 will bend from 20" up to 36" (914mm), heavy wall, high yield pipe.
  • These bending machines are designed to bend each pipe size to a plus/minus 40 x pipe diameter = bend radius.

Bending Sets

  • Can be conformed and labeled to Metric System if required.

Bending Mandrels

  • Can be conformed and labeled to Metric System if required.

Air Compressor (HD Model Only)

  • Uses a QR25-370 Quincy Compressor for pneumatic bending mandrel function.
  • C/W 30 Gallon air receiver

Each pipe size within a machine range requires a different bending die set. Specially lined bending die sets, to prevent damage when bending pre-coated pipe, are available.
