Gainesville, TX

Forum Production Equipment is one of the largest manufacturers of steel storage tanks, surface production equipment and process equipment in the United States. The state of the art manufacturing facility located in Gainesville is API Monogram certified and all steel storage tanks are manufactured according to API 12F Specification. The pressure vessels manufacturing department is ASME U and R Stamp certified. The facility, built in 2008, consists of a 65,000 square feet manufacturing plant with 25 tons over head crane capacity. This facility also features a 6,000 square foot climate controlled painting and hydro-testing.  We have in-house engineering, design and CAD Drafting Services, and offer complete stress relieving sandblasting and painting capabilities.

The Gainesville facility, built in 2008, hosts over 65,000 square feet and offers state-of-the-art equipment as well as a unique automated manufacturing process.

Elmore City, OK

The Elmore City facility is one of the largest of Forum’s manufacturing plants, with close to 200 employees. Its steel storage tanks shop is API Monogram certified and all steel storage tanks are manufactured according to API 12F Specification. The brand new pressure vessels manufacturing shop is ASME U and R Stamp certified.

The facility, in existence since 2002, saw a major expansion in 2011, with the construction of a 24,000 square feet state of the art facility, whose flow of fabrication is based on leans principles (build more, bigger and faster). Overall the Elmore City facility consists of a 48,000 square feet manufacturing plant.  We have in-house engineering, design and CAD Drafting Services, and offer complete stress relieving sandblasting and painting capabilities as well as a unique automated manufacturing process.

Pasadena, TX

Forum's six-acre manufacturing site contains two fabrication buildings, one is 16,000 sq. ft. and the other is 5,000 sq. ft. The sites are completely concrete paved for safe movement of heavy loads. Shipments of packages with single components of over 100 tons in weight and physical dimensions of greater than 80 feet length have been successfully delivered from the site.

Forum's Guthrie facility consists of a 45,000 square foot manufacturing plant with 30 Ton  over head crane capacity.  This facility also features a 6,000 square foot climate controlled painting and hydro-testing.  We have in-house engineering, design and CAD Drafting Services, and offer complete stress relieving sandblasting and painting capabilities.

Forum's manufacturing plant is situated on 15 acres of land which provides ample storage for raw materials, finished goods and back up equipment for customer needs.  The manufacturing processes include fabrication, welding, assembly, and multiple testing options for finished goods.  In addition to the manufacturing processes, we  provides complete documentation on each product manufactured including drawings, test results, material traceability reports, and vendor information so that our customers are able to maintain their database of installed equipment details.

Forum provides ASME certified pressure vessels and designs and can provide ASME vessel repairs. All welders are certified by the State of Oklahoma and must pass a certified welding test administered by the State.

 

 

Clearfield, PA

Forum Production Equipment boasts two Pennsylvania manufacturing facilities, located in Clearfield, PA and Smithton, PA.  The Clearfield Facility is ASME U and R Stamp certified and conveniently located just 3/4 mile from exit 120 of Interstate I-80.  Forum provides ASME certified pressure vessels and designs and can provide ASME vessel repairs.    Besides offering new equipment manufacture, the Clearfield Facility also provides revamp and repair services for pressure vessel equipment and skid packages.

Forum's Clearfield facility consists of a fully-enclosed 95,000 square foot lean-manufacturing plant with 10 Ton over head crane capacity.   The facility provides ample storage for raw materials, finished goods and back up equipment for customer needs within 19 acres of property.  This facility also features a 6,000 square foot climate controlled blasting, painting and hydro-testing.  The facility hosts complete stress relieving, shotblasting and painting, insulation installation, instrumentation installation, and electrical capabilities.  In addition to the manufacturing processes, we  provides complete documentation on each product manufactured including drawings, test results, material traceability reports, Quality Control Plans, and vendor information so that our customers are able to maintain their database of installed equipment details.

The Smithton Facility consists of a 25,000 square foot manufacturing plant with 20-ton overhead crane capacity, on a large eight acre site.   Situated outside of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and conveniently located one mile off of interstate I-70 in the Westmoreland I-70 Industrial Park, the Smithton Facility provides welding and fabrication processes combined with in-house product transportation including oversized loads.

This Forum facility features complete manufacturing processes for steel storage tanks, skid packages, and other process and support equipment.  In addition to the manufacturing processes, we provide complete documentation on each product manufactured including drawings, test results, material traceability reports, quality control plans, and supplier information, providing our customers with complete product traceability for installed equipment.
