Job Description:   

  • Adhere to company safety policy and procedures, environmental rules and governmental regulation
  • Responsible for their own safety and the safety of others they work with
  • Application of protective girth welds pipe protective coatings
  • Set up and maintenance of field joint coating equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair of equipment failures
  • Conduct product qualification tests
  • Perform other duties as assigned by their supervisor      

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Between one and five years of field joint coating experience
  • Mechanical aptitude, ability to work overseas
  • Passport Required
  • Offshore or Bosiet/Huet Training preferred
  • Offshore or UKOOA Physical preferred
  • Experience with roughnecks, pipe coating/field joint coating, or deck hand
  • 100% Travel
