This position is primarily responsibility for ensuring that employee information is entered into the HRIS system ensuring the proper process and approvals have been followed. Provide general support to the HR team related to day to day process and project work. Specific duties may include updating and maintaining employee records in HRIS system, administering basic benefits, preparing payroll data for processing, preparing mail merges, etc. Works within well established guidelines; follows standardized procedures or methods.
Primary individual for processing and entering employee changes into the HRIS system. This includes new hire data, compensation, job changes and other significant information.
Provide compliance review to ensure the proper approval has been given for all changes entered into the HRIS/Payroll system.
Provide assistance with other HR system processes to include un-employment claims, verifications of employment, garnishments, child support claims and other similar type of HR concerns.
Responsible for providing assistance with a variety of human resource functions to include; recruiting, employee benefit programs, maintaining corporate personnel files, and coordinating training programs including tuition payment and organizing course materials.
Provide general support to the US Payroll and the HRIS system globally.
Provide assistance and support on international employee data interfacing with UltiPro HRIS system.
Responsible for providing general assistance to the corporate office to include back up relief for the front reception area.
Individual will be trusted with highly confidential information and updating this information in the system. They must be able to maintain extreme confidentiality and be complete trustworthy.
Understanding of when to ask the right questions to ensure the correct process is followed.
Must have strong organizational skills and able to prioritize and schedule work for successful completion on time. Should be very detailed oriented.
Strong support background, tenacious follow-up, and is motivated by delivering high quality results quickly
Commitment to customer service and ability to work in team-oriented environment.
Computer skills including working knowledge of MS Office software packages and/or company specific databases.
Knowledge with UltiPro Workplace HRIS and Payroll systems preferred
Has a working knowledge of Human Resource practices and procedures.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
3-4 years of related experience in human resources.
