C. Christopher Gaut

Mr. Gaut has served as our Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the board of directors since August 2010 and as one of our directors since December 2006.  Mr. Gaut served at Halliburton Company, a leading diversified oilfield service company, as President of the Drilling and Evaluation Division and prior to that as Chief Financial Officer, from March 2003 through April 2009. From April 2009 through November 2009, Mr. Gaut was a private investor. Prior to joining Halliburton Company in 2003, Mr. Gaut was the Co-Chief Operating Officer of Ensco International, a provider of offshore contract drilling services.  He also served as Ensco’s Chief Financial Officer from 1988 until 2003.  Mr. Gaut is currently a member of the board of directors of Ensco Plc.  Mr. Gaut holds an A.B. in Engineering Sciences from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
