Louis A. Raspino

Louis A. Raspino has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas exploration, production and service industry. Mr. Raspino was President and Chief Executive Officer of Pride International Inc., an international provider of contract drilling and related services to oil and natural gas companies, from June 2005 until the sale of the company in May 2011.  He was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pride International Inc. from December 2003 until June 2005. Before joining Pride International in December 2003, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Grant Prideco, Inc., a manufacturer of drilling and completion products supplying the energy industry, from July 2001 until December 2003. Previously, he was Vice President of Finance for Halliburton Company, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Louisiana Land & Exploration Company and began his career with Ernst & Young. Mr. Raspino is a CPA and earned a B.S. from Louisiana State University and an M.B.A. from Loyola University. He has been a director of Dresser-Rand Group, Inc. since 2005.
