John Schmitz

Mr. Schmitz was appointed as a director of the Company in September 2010.  Mr. Schmitz currently serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Select Energy Services, LLC, an oil and gas service company, a position he has held since January 2008.  In addition, Mr. Schmitz has served as the President of HEP Oil Company from March 1992 to the present.  Prior to his current involvement at Select Energy Services, LLC and HEP Oil Company, Mr. Schmitz served as the North Texas Division Manager for Complete Production Services, a provider of specialized services and products focused on helping oil and gas companies develop hydrocarbon reserves, reduce costs and enhance production.
