Hurricane Harvey Relief



 

Join Forum as we Support Employees Impacted by Hurricane Harvey

 

In an effort to help ease the burden of our fellow employees, Forum has established a Flood Relief Fund to assist those employees who have been adversely impacted and suffered loss as a result of Hurricane Harvey.  We are asking all employees who would like to help their fellow employee to please donate, no amount is too small. There are several ways you can make your donation to the Flood Relief Fund.  

You may donate by cash, check, or credit card.

Donate at your work location:

The accounting manager at your location has been designated to collect cash or check donations at US office locations:

Donate at any Wells Fargo Branch Location:

You may make a donation by cash or check at any local Wells Fargo Branch, you must have the following details when making the deposit:

Donate Online:

Forum will match individual Forum employee donations subject to customary limits. Forum is in the process of establishing a tax exempt entity. So subject to IRS approval, all past and future donations to the fund will be tax exempt.
